PAYMENT METHODS 
Natural Hair Boss accepts credit card payments through Paypal and a separate credit card processor.  Payments can be processed via Paypal without a having a Paypal account.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Natural Hair Boss ships to the United States, U.S. territories only. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation included unless another carrier is selected. All products are made fresh to order and will ship within 4 business days after receipt of a cleared payment. You will be notified of out of stock merchandise as soon as possible. 
Natural Hair Boss is based in Texas. During the spring and summer seasons, please make sure you are available to retrieve your order as soon as it is delivered or have your order shipped to a location where someone will be able to pick it up immediately.  

RETURN POLICY
It is the goal of Natural Hair Boss for each customer to be happy and satisfied with their purchase; however, due to the personal nature of these products, returns cannot be accepted and all sales are considered final. If merchandise is damaged, defective or faulty, we will work with you to provide a mutually beneficial solution.
